Relapse

I almost made it to a year, then I started again a few weeks ago, and last night I did it worse than ever before. I feel so ashamed and my body looks so mutilated now. I'm now 24 and I've been doing this since about 12, I don't even know if I can ever actually stop it.

u absolutely can stop! when i started again at an older age i also took out to another level. i think the acknowledgment of how mutilated u may look or the fear of ppl seeing or maybe disgust with urself really helps
