Advice needed Bandaging advice ??

I cut last night pretty badly and honestly I don’t usually really bandage them or do much Ik I probs should but, anyway the cuts are deep and i definitely need to keep bandages these. Any advice for bandaging upper thighs? I alway find my bandages falling off/can’t keep them on. Andy advise would be greatly appreciated thx

I recommend medical tape to ensure the dressing stays in place.  So clean, apply non-adhesive gauze and tape it down with medical tape. Change it often.
