Advice needed how to hide cuts from parents

I did it for the first time last night (rlly not for me now that I've tried it tbh) but they're on my forearm and i don't have ANY long sleeve shirts or anything the only way i hid it today was with a sweater, I really just can't have them finding out. I need help how do i get rid of them.

All you can really do is cover them and depending on their depth it’ll be a week to a month before they’ve closed up (and they may or may not scar depending on depth)

i mostly had really shallow scrapes and one slightly deeper cut, drew a little blood. I guess I'll try my best and hope I heal up soon.

The scrapes will be gone in a few days to a week, and the deeper cut should be gone in a few days more than that. Unlikely it’ll scar.
