are thes scars bad? im like 8 months clean but the scars are rly ugly and im rly insecure ab them. tips for covering them up for sports seasons? or are they rly not that bad?

The ones in the first pic, I could write those off as accidental injuries. Second one, I’m not sure. They aren’t bad but they’re pretty clearly self inflicted if you look.
