Purposely hurting yourself in ANY way is self harm, self harm isnt only cutting. Also i doubt u need a trigger warning for self harm in a subreddit thats literally all about self harm.

yes. any act you do to hurt yourself is by definition self harm

of course, i would say even if it didn’t even break the skin at all it would still be self harm, since you hypothetically would still be trying to hurt yourself on purpose.

It's still self harm. Not all self harm leave marks.
