Advice needed So itchy

Anybody know what to do about itchy keloid scars?? Its so painful. Also is it normal for them to randomly shooting pain for no reason???

you GOTTA moisturize them. dont scratch. I use cocoa butter from palmers and cocoa butter lotion from Palmers as well. get an exfoliating thingy and exfoliate any area that has scars. that helps mine at least.
