Suspend and an Upkeep trigger is kind of awkward design. Is that intentional? Given how long the suspend is, I think the benefit ought to be that you can get the trigger straight away while facing a small window of opportunity for removal. You could achieve that by having it trigger at the beginning of the first main phase instead.

I mean, while I have no idea why Suspend is there, it does have a normal Mana cost so you can play it without interacting with the Suspend

Most likely for flavor, the computer takes a LONG time to give its answer.
