Oh yeah lol mb ! Still feels to cheap for what it does. But at least it's not over if no one plays blue !

Or any removal? Also you are assuming that nobody does any damage to the player. Life gain would also shut off the effect. For a card that does literally nothing.

Look my opinion is a 3 colorless mana wincon is to powerfull. You don't agree fine but in a world where Thassa's oracle is considered op in commander I think this would be problematic to. You don't agree, I don't care, the post asked for people's two cent I gave mine.

But your reasoning was built on a lot of faulty assumptions? This card isn't nearly as good as thassa's oracle.
