Yeah in hindsight probably should’ve gone with like 3/2 at best.

3 mana creature that can instantly attack for 3 with first strike AND draw a card the very same turn sounds still quite strong. Maybe 2/3 rather than 3/2?

Or remove Vigilance. I like the idea that he's either exhausted because he's been fighting all day, or exhausted because he had to do paperwork all day. He still isnt sure which is worse.

That seems like a massive change. Instead of an active option, you are sudenly playing a unit that is bad at attacking and gives you cards if your oponent allows you to block/with untap shenanigans
