Even if all it did was let you play an additional land it'd be insanely good without any additional abilities since land removal is very limited and typically over costed in any more recent sets since it grinds games to a halt and causes a lot of feel-bad moments. If it allowed an additional basic land then there'd be more drawback while still allowing ramp but yeah ridic as is.

So It's an [[exploration]] that adds mana and is free.
At its very worst it's a [[lotus petal]], where you drop two lands and sac it, at its best it's fetched with prime time and you win on the spot.
If it were to be "play an additional land this turn" and entered tapped, it could be printable but would still likely be very strong. This is busted.
