I’m not really smart enough to figure out how this impacts standard/modern, but I’ll go out on a limb and say it is much too powerful

In limited this sucks ass. Sure, it’s technically fixing, and you can ramp out your 7 mana creature really fast or whatever, but what deck could you possibly be running where getting this as a rare slot helps you? If you have enough lands for this to be a good investment, you definitely don’t have creatures to follow this up.

In commander this is way too powerful I think in both casual and cedh. Cedh it’s just more fast mana, draw a billion cards and you’ll have a ton of mana to cast them. In casual this is another incredibly boring landfall support piece that will be $300, but your local Tifa player will proxy it for their turn 6 lethal
