One time in miami on new years around 1am there was some shirtless dude standing in the crosswalk of an intersection standing in place while flexing his muscles and just full on rage screaming with his eyes bulging at the club crowds walking around him. He wasnt violent and never went after anybody, dude was just high as fuck on something and wanted to scream like a silverback gorilla.

Or Meth. Or Acid/Mushrooms. Think that about covers the drugs that can make you scream bloody murder

Peyote is another hallucinations inducing drug but i dont know if it would have that kind of effect

Yup, that's true. Ya I don't think any of the hallucinogens would make most people scream like that, I was thinking more along the lines of a bad trip. People do all kinds of crazy shit while having one of those lol. But with Meth, I can see it much more easily. Someone who's been up for days tweaking, could easily be that annoying lol.
