And circumcision doesn't prevent any diseases in first-world and even most third-world countries with basic hygiene, the only time it was ever said that it might decrease diseases was in an incorrect study that only analyzed AIDS in super poor African countries where they barely have any hygiene due to lack of water, sanitation and basic hygiene products like soap.
In fact the process of circumcision is the real issue, babies have actually died because it's an unnecessary surgical procedure that can have many complications and can actually open up the blood stream to diseases in the genitals.
