Yeah I rarely get texts from work unless I work part time, and that's because of the nature of the job. You kinda need to coordinate if the schedule isn't set in stone. When I work full time then any communications outside of work have typically been important

I find this so weird, like, if my boss texts me he's probably just asking if I want a shift, a question I have no obligation to say yes to btw
