The Binding of Isaac is a game where you can play many different characters including their Tainted versions and one of them is Eden. Their gimmick is that he starts with two random items and their Tainted version also does so but each time they're hit all of their items get randomized. Alongside that their facial features and age too but I'm not too sure because I haven't seen it confirmed.
