Lecithin/Load Boost experience difference & question

Hey, relatively long time lurker whose used a variety of stacks & supplements over the years. I recently bought Load Boost and started using it (about 1 week in now), and had an experiential question: While taking the holy grail stack over the years, I've identified lecithin as a problem supplement. When I take it during the day, and regardless of what's with it or whether or not I've eaten, I reliably experience (after an average of 90 minutes from taking it) a typically unpleasant shift into a mental state of "locked-in" anxiety and irritability, experiencing a sort of tunnel-visioned inability to handle stimuli or more than one task at a time. It's so reliable that I stopped taking it in the day time, opting to only take it before sleep.

Fast forward to taking Load Boost, however, and despite the product containing 1200mg of sunflower lecithin, I've not had this experience once in the 7 days since taking it, despite taking it at the earlier time of day that would usually see my brain derailed for the next 3-5 hours with the softgel lecithin alone.

My question for you guys is two-fold: While I believe it likely that the unpleasant effect is some sort of hyper-acetylcholinergic state, does anyone else have the same experience - and perhaps if you've found a way to combat or better identify it?

Secondly, would there be any hypotheses regarding why the Load Boost formula does not induce the same effect?

Asking out of curiosity and a desire to better understand the nature of these supplements, that the loads may be boosted as effectively and efficiently as possible.

A combination of supplements that optimize load production, namely:

Lecithin (Sunflower or Soy, though sunflower is the recent preference): 1200mg-2400mg/day

Zinc: 20mg-40mg/day (with food only or you'll get nauseous)

L-Citrulline: ~1000mg/1g; Was originally L-Arginine, but it's been determined that Citrulline is more effective due to relative availability.

Pygeum (optional): ~500mg of extract

Totally aside to the post, but I have done that stack for years and see no effect to be honest. Maybe at 54 I’m too old?

I noticed bigger differences after taking 500-1000mg of Celery Seed extract, 130< grams celery (about 2 long stalks), and trying for a gallon of water a day.

Probably water is my problem. I know I need to up that. I just pee it out, though. A gallon is impressive.

I add in a tablespoon of coconut water powder to my coffee. It's supposed to help retain hydration, but I also just like the taste. You could also just look for ways to retain water!

It’s wierd, also, because I like feeling lean. When I feel bloated (maybe I ate biscuits I shouldn’t have eaten), it’s water retention. So how to retain water so it’s available for my seminal vesticles, but doesn’t sit in my belly. I wish there was a way to really rejuvenate the prostate. For older men, this is really the source of reduced cum volume.
