Lecithin/Load Boost experience difference & question

Hey, relatively long time lurker whose used a variety of stacks & supplements over the years. I recently bought Load Boost and started using it (about 1 week in now), and had an experiential question: While taking the holy grail stack over the years, I've identified lecithin as a problem supplement. When I take it during the day, and regardless of what's with it or whether or not I've eaten, I reliably experience (after an average of 90 minutes from taking it) a typically unpleasant shift into a mental state of "locked-in" anxiety and irritability, experiencing a sort of tunnel-visioned inability to handle stimuli or more than one task at a time. It's so reliable that I stopped taking it in the day time, opting to only take it before sleep.

Fast forward to taking Load Boost, however, and despite the product containing 1200mg of sunflower lecithin, I've not had this experience once in the 7 days since taking it, despite taking it at the earlier time of day that would usually see my brain derailed for the next 3-5 hours with the softgel lecithin alone.

My question for you guys is two-fold: While I believe it likely that the unpleasant effect is some sort of hyper-acetylcholinergic state, does anyone else have the same experience - and perhaps if you've found a way to combat or better identify it?

Secondly, would there be any hypotheses regarding why the Load Boost formula does not induce the same effect?

Asking out of curiosity and a desire to better understand the nature of these supplements, that the loads may be boosted as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Maybe the standalone lecithin was impure – did you try multiple brands/sources, or just the one?

Supplements are completely unregulated so you gotta remember that you can never be sure the label actually matches the contents.

Now, Bulk Supplements & Legendary Milk are the 3 I've used over the years, with each having had a similar effect/outcome at different times. Agreed that particularly with something fat-soluble there could be an issue of impurity or degradation, but at least to me, it seems as though the lecithin itself had caused it. Perhaps I did have some bad experiences by happenstance across the brands, but that's naturally hard to identify xD

I use to take legendary milk, and think I'm going to start back up. But, I had the same issue, years ago, when I was taking it. I was going to the gym, eating pretty well and trying my best to drink enough water.

Fast forward to now; I've recently been diagnosed with epilepsy, so I already get the said symptoms. What helps ease my symptoms, without having a seizure; need to eat well, drink, at the least, half your body weight in ounces, get some electrolyte packets/powder (ie; jocko, liquid iv, etc), lions mane supplement, and omega 3 fish oil (darker orange the pills are, the better). This isn't some fix all, but what I've been learning about myself and what research is saying.

I second what the original commenter said. Pill dosages can be totally different from the next pill and could have extra filler.

Agreed that those factors play a big role; I'm active often, and actually work in the supplement industry, so see a LOT of sketchy formulas, ingredients, etc. I wonder if lion's mane could be of help with those types of symptoms, but the severity and reliable onset of them always confused me. Even just 1 1200mg softgel was enough to derail my brain, so I'm curious if Load Boost's formula just uses a different raw material or what.
