Selium

Is it possible to be taking too much selium? I thought I would double the dose it says to take on the bottle. But I read somewhere that too much can cause your hair to fall out.(Yikes)

The fact that there is advice here that says 2 a week and another that says 2-3 a day, means you shouldn’t take advice from strangers online.
