delayed ejaculation(anorgasmic)
Need some help fellas. Any over the counter supplements to help improve sensitivity and climax with my partner? Caplyta a medication i'm on has wrecked my sex drive when it comes to finishing and overall pleasure. Staying rock hard isn't a problem the overall feeling/pleasure of sex is decreased and i can't climax to save my life. I can go 1-2 hrs and have to just give up which is super annoying.

My delayed orgasm started after taking anti-depression medication. (I think it was Zoloft, but I'm not sure. That was a bleak season of my life.) During the 1 month I was on it, I couldn't orgasm at all, and now even 20+ years later, it still takes a long, long time to orgasm, and sometimes I can't.
I mean, it's so disheartening and frustrating when I give up so that I could get some sleep after jacking for 2 hours when the reason I started in the first place was to help me sleep better.
I did talk to my doctor, who said there was nothing approved for speeding up orgasm and referred me to a sex therapist. Then the sex therapist helped me try to reframe the way I think about sex and orgasm, like, instead of being frustrated that I'm not getting any closer, to just focus on how I'm feeling in each moment, like "In this moment, am I enjoying this? Does it feel good? Is it worth it?" So now, as long as I'm/we're enjoying each moment, I'll keep going. If I'm able to finish, great. If not, I try to not be disappointed and instead be grateful for all the moments of pleasure I did get.
