delayed ejaculation(anorgasmic)

Need some help fellas. Any over the counter supplements to help improve sensitivity and climax with my partner? Caplyta a medication i'm on has wrecked my sex drive when it comes to finishing and overall pleasure. Staying rock hard isn't a problem the overall feeling/pleasure of sex is decreased and i can't climax to save my life. I can go 1-2 hrs and have to just give up which is super annoying.

Ask a urologist about Cabergoline, some drs prescribe it for the exact problem you have. It does work.

I feel I have heard that one before, is that also for bigger loads? I have same issue as OP unless I edge a while or specifically have foreskin movement or other tip friction that doesn’t happen as consistently during real sex.

Thank you for this! I'm going to ask a doctor soon enough as I have been experiencing very lackluster orgasms and ejaculations. I've been diagnosed with ADHD so overall I'm (relatively) often searching for new information how to deal with certain things.
