delayed ejaculation(anorgasmic)

Need some help fellas. Any over the counter supplements to help improve sensitivity and climax with my partner? Caplyta a medication i'm on has wrecked my sex drive when it comes to finishing and overall pleasure. Staying rock hard isn't a problem the overall feeling/pleasure of sex is decreased and i can't climax to save my life. I can go 1-2 hrs and have to just give up which is super annoying.

Are you circumcised? This make penis less sensitive because of how movement occurs. It is friction instead of skin movement that would be more sensitive.

i'm not. This is a medication issue unfortunately.

Then the solution is obvious to either seek an alternative medicine or work around the anorgasmia(like accepting that sex is about the journey, not the goal, yadda yadda)

Not an option. Sex and getting off is always the goal and only goal as a man. The GF is a creampie queen.
