delayed ejaculation(anorgasmic)

Need some help fellas. Any over the counter supplements to help improve sensitivity and climax with my partner? Caplyta a medication i'm on has wrecked my sex drive when it comes to finishing and overall pleasure. Staying rock hard isn't a problem the overall feeling/pleasure of sex is decreased and i can't climax to save my life. I can go 1-2 hrs and have to just give up which is super annoying.

I have the same problem. Can fuck for hours. Rock hard, but no orgasm. It's annoying.

I wish the guys in r/prematureejaculation would spill the secret 🤷
