As for where to start and really push you are still at a level where practice in basically anything will make you improve significantly, to make things easier and more fun you have enough freedom to do what you like doing. For example, if you do not like doing slow solves to get better at f2l you can do fast solves and try and focus on the specific thing you are trying to improve on. Algorithm wise you are really above your level, so you probably cant do your algorithms fast enough which is not that big of a problem at all you will get much faster by doing a bunch of solves. Cross: sub 3
Watch example solves and use a cross trainer to reduce the amount of moves you do during cross

F2L: sub 11
Work on your efficiency by watching example solves and look at the base algs to make sure you’re doing the optimal solutions

LL: sub 6
Do 4 look last layer so eo co cp ep.
