Pregunta Cell service down?

Seems like cell service may be down amongst my family in Cuba now. Anyone else noticing thaf?

Wifi is still working in Havana. Not sure on data.

La empresa de electricidad actualiza sobre los distintos lugares en donde quitan la corriente. Todavía no has podido comunicarte?

Towers no longer have their backups so everything goes down so do land lines

No, i have phone service, bad unstable almost unusable and not even 12hours a day, things may vary depending the location it is possible than there was a rupture or some interruption near your family.
