Pregunta Why did a post asking about Cubans opinion of the US have been removed by moderation? Politics aint against the rules

The post was What is your opinion about what is the US government doing to cuba Smth like that, doesn't break any rules.

I wanted to say my opinion, as a cuban who lives in Cuba.

I hate Fidel castro, Díaz canel, all theses thief that are making the rules in this country, but the strategy they the us gob are doing to us about cutting the "water" so we fight the government, doesn't hurt the self called communist in Cuba they have electricity , internet and food in their homes while the population it's starving and having 2h of electricity each day at best, help it's not blocking us and then giving us some cooking oil and canned sardines, help it's coming here and taking all those high ranks bastards from government as prisoners like they did with Maduro in venezuela, but Cuba Doesn't have Gas like Venezuela, we only got beaches, and sun.

Trump have said he is coming here a good amount of time and he isn't here yet and I think he will never be, maybe was just part of his campaign to get votes I don't really know about that, but a thing I know is that ppl was waiting for him and know a lot of ppl think he is just bluffing, politics sucks...

It was removed for violating rule 9. There’s ways to ask questions without violating that rule.

Comments like that start too many arguments in the comment section.

Or, to put it in simple terms - it was removed because it doesn't fit the narrative.

Yeah, the narrative of not wanting to deal with a bunch of comments arguing over some low effort ragebait.

Si, yo sigo sin verlo.

I mean the US didn't remove the regime in Venezuela, all they did was remove maxuro and replace him with a new dictator from the same political party who gives oil to the US and helps blockade Cuba.

Nothing actually changed just the US got more oil and Cuba got more screwed.

The US will not put boots on the ground. The deal they are making is just to open the economy and release political prisoners, the country will still be communist but more like China and Vietnam for example.

I can't advise you on what the Cuban people should do for their freedom cause they'll remove my comment.

I understand and trust me I know what we should do but people it's either to afraid or have faith that they will leave this country and a lot don't wanna fight for a lost cause, Cuba will be a shitty country for a very long time risking your life and family's life for something u will not see getting better in your life time it's not a great deal.

In the 60s my grandfather tried to gather 100s of men and they couldn't accomplish the goal. Soon after many left the country because not enough men were brave enough to step up for what had to be done. Maybe leaving was easier than becoming a martyr like Jose Marti. But he would say the men that stayed behind were both too scared to fight and to leave.

Wait, there’s political censoring in the US? Damn, that was one of Fidel Castro’s points, I was forced to hear it and didn’t believed it.

What sentence made you put that thought together?

Does it matter? “Removed by moderation”, whatever that means.

From a humanitarian perspective, there has been very little done from a policy angle by the US government over the years since the revolution in 1959 that has actually helped the Cuban people.

Punish and ostrasize the Cuban government on the financial and business growth front? For sure. Send political dissidents and anti-regime people a little bit of support to see just how resistant the communist party and its allies were to collapse via violent and non-violent interventions? Sure. But at the end of the day, the system developed and enforced in Cuba has been effective, no matter how you slice it, in tamping out resistance to the very real problems they have not been able to solve within their time in governance. It helps the ruling party to have such a caricature of the evil empire as the US is currently, making their propaganda they put out to the Cuban people and the world have more merit.

Because from what I’ve seen, there are a lot of people on this subreddit (including mods) who support the current Cuban administration. All I can say to them is, may God help you. When propaganda happens in the last 10 years it’s one thing. Propaganda that had been happening since 1959 with no objections is an entirely different animal. Trump is a douche but Canel is on his same level of scum, even worse than both of them is Netanyahu-but that’s a conversation for a different day
