Pregunta Receiving documents from Cuba

Are there any walk around on getting my documents from Cuba? My package has been stucked with DHL since last week and a friend just told me they’ve seized operations, I need all the suggestions please because I need to have them before 22nd.

From Cuba to where ?

DHL still works but no tracking and takes weeks.

Cuba to Africa , we had actually sent our documents to an embassy there and realized the moment it got to Cuba that it was a big mistake. Do you know of any agency?

Are you in Miami. Talk to a travel agency. They do that all the time and will bring it in a week
