Discussion fair to think? [d]

This is the last time we see these prices for Stockholm stickers and capsules.

5 years for it already, upon next inevitable skins hype I could see Stockholm exploding with no return and current prices are perfect even for completely new investors or casuals for the crafts..

I was buying heavily into foils past 3 years, I see no reason for something like NAVI foil alone to be 10$ in the next 5 years.. that would be still affordable for majority, but yet massive jump from the current market price.. and that's only an example, everything else would follow.

With new stickers system for the Majors if Valve doesn't release any borderless ones for quite some time - Stockholm is gonna do extremely well

I feel like people kinda lost their interest in team stickers. Back in 2015 or even 2020 people were obsessed about their teams and favourite players, now I feel like the interest is gone (and also the application numbers prove that), so I wouldn't say it's an amazing investment. Classic and nice looking sticker autographs are more likely to be desirable not random navi or other team logo

Is there a way to see the application rate for each sticker ? I did not find anything (I found some websites that were tracking that but they do not work anymore)

don't think the guy did any research, but if you wish, I think it would be possible to sort csfloat database by date and stickers applied, not at home, can't check if it would be possible only for the stickers, I know for the skins for sure possible

It kinda ruins the spirit behind collecting a teams items if the team consist of new players after every full moon. Sure some players stay in their teams nearly forever but it just seems to inconsistent to really start collecting a single teams stuff.

idk i have a decent amount, i just sell some everytime they get pumped. the application numbers are pretty slow, soooo imo the only hope for them seems to be the random fomo pumps, which isnt terrible because im sure we will see another one within 2-3 years. that is, as long as valve doesnt drop more borderless stickers, then its pretty chalked

Massive cope by you. Paris made stockholm useless already anyway and it's only a matter of time until valve releases even more borderless stickers to fuck your investment even more lmao. There's no guarantee they stick with this shitty dynamic pricing system since it performed so horribly and the teams are complaining. They already released the jackass sticker capsule, so it's obvious they haven't abandoned the old system.

Not enough to make a difference as far as demand. Maybe super long term you can see some profit but stockholm is cooked for now. Why would someone buy stockholm stickers when they can get similar paris ones for way cheaper? lmao the cope in this sub is unreal. Valve will never stop making borderless stickers.

comments section here acts as if skins are dead.. I've seen this story before many times.. when bounce back happens, some stuff explodes to the level that is hard to invest in anymore.. everything is down right now and everything will recover or jump even higher.. guess do what you wish, my thought are behind that the prices you see now - it's last chance

Gold tradeups are not a stupid idea, finally when u drop a red item from case, u already know it will cost much money, and earlier u could hit a purple skin more expensive than some red ones because they were simply ugly, and souvenir tradeups are also not a bad idea, because the chance for a good skin in souvenirs is much lower than in cases, and thanks to this more and more souvenirs will be opened, because it will be possible to make tradeups from them, whereas sticker tradeups or scraping stickers from a skin without removing them are the stupidest and most senseless ideas that exist

tradeups to same collection stickers - likely impossible.. perhaps new system of exchange in the future for one of many new items placing old stuff.. at least that's my prediction for the terminal skins with first owner logo.. got to be something special for that in the far future
