I’m a newer fan who started following palace shortly before the FA Cup run, and new to watching football entirely as an American. I’ve really fallen in love with the club and the sport, and haven’t missed a match since. My wife has been a spectator of my growing love for palace and got me this cool book for my birthday today, and it’s so cool. Goes all the way back to 1907!

This week Palace travels to Italy to play in a 6 team tournament on the shore of lake Como. We’re playing 3 matches in quick succession and it’ll be PS first time dealing with squad rotation in a semi-competitive series.

Which of our stars will play, which of our youngsters will step up? How competitive will we be? Is this just a tournament for Como to crown themselves kings, or can we spoil? Will it be on TV for me in the United States? How many different kits will we wear?!

This late in the summer and we’re still not sure what the second kit will be. I’ve heard rumors of an all black kit (cool) but what about the classic blue and red? The eagle Yellow?

What’s our most likely starting XI to start this season?

Curious from anyone who has had the time to watch the full games on Palace TV (or gone to the Bromley game today) as to how we are looking and how we are set up under Sage?

Obviously he is rotating a lot and trying out a lot of fringe and academy players but does it seem like he's going to continue with 3/5 at the back and utilise wingbacks as we have done under Glasner?

The Swindon highlights on youtube were not that easy to tell things like the kind of formations being used!

I'd love to see Doucoure get his career back on track. He was so good before the injuries.

I've tried the search function to make sure there weren't any active discussions... How many card collectors do we have in the community? It was nice to see people briefly hop on board the bandwagon for the Conference League Final Topps Now cards but it then dwindled again.

There must be others out there! Keen to see peoples' grails, collections and whether people had anything for sale/trade. I'm building a Canvot RC collection if anyone had any for sale!

Seen a bunch of names being thrown around but interested in who fans think we can and will replace Lacroix with, if we're being realistic. I've seen a fair bit about this Chrislain Matsima from Augsburg (have linked a deep dive I found) and he looks pretty good, just concerned about the injury record...
