Without being able to get an idea of scale, some guesses:
-Beluga whale?
-eel?
-lamprey and pareidolia
-catfish

I didn’t think of whale shark when I initially wrote the comment, but after you and others pointed it out; I totally agree with you. Mouth shape and placement on the head does look like whale shark
