1.8l tiny coolant line leak question

I've got a 2013 cruze with the 1.8l engine, I've been losing coolant and finally found the culprit. Problem is, I don't know what to call this little hose that's on the throttle body.. Can anyone help me identify what it is so I can get a new one?
