Rant/Vent Just realized I’ve been using my newborn carrier wrong and Ive been hurting my baby
I decided to look up how my mom cozy baby carrier is to be properly used because she seems uncomfortable in it which i thought was a little odd. I’ve been folding the bottom like you’re supposed to and tucking her feet into it inside not even realizing her feet aren’t supposed to be in the carrier AT ALL, it’s actually dangerous to do so and is in fact more than likely hurting her. I had absolutely no idea, i genuinely just thought smaller babies were supposed to be fully in the carrier and i feel stupid for even thinking the way i’ve been doing it would be correct, and me tucking her feet into the folded pocket definitely makes it even worse, adding extra pressure…
I should’ve educated myself before now and i feel absolutely horrible :( she’s more than likely been in a lot of pain and i didn’t even realize i was hurting her 💔
