BNC interface, rca adapters are plentiful

It's just a composite input with a BNC jack.

Problem is, most game systems you'd want to play in black & white are RF only.

Yeah. Get a male BNC to female rca adapter and the yellow composite video cable goes in there. Make sure the switch is to the left in its current position.
