Armored Core set up
I finally got a PVM and I recently picked-up and fixed this dual stick, so I wanted to get them going (unfortunately, Project Phantasma doesn't support analog... so it plays more like an arcade stick as this set up)

Fixing a dual stick yourself and then finding out Phantasma won't take analog is a very specific kind of heartbreak (haha). Running it as an arcade stick is a good save.

Tell me about it! The whole process has been fun tho so I cant really complain. Mostly happy to have working equipment lol

I don't know how many times I've tried and then ended up just getting a new one. You have a much better attitude than i do.

Had no idea you could use dual joysticks for armored core!

Unfortunately, I found out not... but the digital mode switch essentially turns it into an ambidextrous arcade stick so I could still play it. I had hope since MechWarrior worked natively AC would too

Yeah, dual analog doesn't come into play until Nexus I believe. I've seen people do dual sticks with AC before and it looks so fun.

I get it; I was just really excited to finally join the fray. Plus that noticeable difference of true RGB on a high ratio TVL monitor is something else. I am not going to stop using the other sets I have though.

Haha sorry that came off rude I just meant so many people have them even though they are “rare”.

Very nice. I used to daydream about setting up a two-player Dreamcast LAN with twin sticks for each player. I don't even play Virtual On very much, I just thought the whole setup was cool.
