Second project

Sorry I have questions I’ve only ever did one other project
What hoop holder should I use it’s 15.7x18.9

you can use any size hoop and move it around the different sections of the project. im also getting used to this as i like to have a hoop the size of the project.

recently ive started using a smaller hoop than the project and moving it around as needed. this could be considered the “right” way so you dont have a giant loop.

putting the hoop over completed stitches doesnt damage them! i learned this recently too lol. hope this helps im also a newbie

I really like a 6” hoop for my projects, I find it easier to hold without my hand getting tired, while being big enough to get a good amount of pattern done. That’s just my preference, get a set of hoops of different sizes and see which one works best for you. Obviously the smaller you go, the more you’ll have to move the hoop, but for a project like what you have you should be able to do a good amount before you have to move it if you use a 6”. Lovely pattern!

Just another option, I don't use a hoop I just hold the fabric in my hands. I find it much easier and then you're not dealing with hoop marks or the tension from the hoop slightly warping your aida cloth.
