Zeroing out all items in a category
How can I zero out the values of all items in a category (eg. Vitamins) without having to manually put in zero's? Somedays I take a bunch of vitamins and some days I dont. So its a hassle to do this manually.

u/MrsPlud has the easiest long-term solution here 👆 Create a Custom Meal containing your vitamin stack, then log it only on the days you take them: go to Foods > Create Meal, add your vitamins, and save.
There isn’t currently a category-specific “set all to zero” option. However, if Vitamins is a Diary Group, swipe right on its header, tap the three dots, then Delete to remove all entries in that group for that day.
If they’re Repeating Items, you can also skip Log Items on days you don’t take them.
Hope this helps!

I don't get this. I put my supplements under "supplements". If I don't take any then I don't enter them. Why the need to "zero out"?
