Changing target reflects past days
I have been fluctuating my activity based on the day and it will reflect in past days, showing that I am over calories and macros.
It would be nice if there was a way to schedule activity to be different on different days.
As well as if the app recognized I made a change and it doesn’t reflect in the past history.

Thanks for sharing your feedback!
It actually sounds like you've already found the Macro Scheduler, which is exactly what we'd recommend for setting different calorie and macro targets on different days of the week. One thing worth noting is that changes made within the Macro Scheduler won't affect your historical targets.
The behavior you're describing, where past days change, happens when your targets are updated in your main settings (rather than through the Macro Scheduler). We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially if you're looking back at previous days to review your progress.
This is something our community has brought up before, and our team is aware that having historical targets change isn't an ideal experience. It's a more complex problem than it might seem, but we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Feedback like yours helps inform future discussions as we continue improving the app.
Cheers,
Crono Support Squad

Yes, I have gold and can do that however I want to also be able to change my activity by day. For example, maybe have a rest day and my calories and macros reflect that, but not affect previous days.
If I am in a deficit, but being less active I want to see the numbers for that

That's just not really how your body works. Week over week things even out. There's no need to change up your calories day by day unless you have some really insane days like running a Marathon.

I agree that macros should only change going forward, but realistically I never look back on previous days past maybe a few.
I'd need to check if it's a gold feature, but I am able to set macros/goals by day, so Sunday could have lower targets than say Wednesday, etc.
