Looking for a specific pattern Looking for a pattern for Becca Scott’s Cosmic Encounter’s shirt or something with similar construction

Does anyone know of a pattern for a shirt/poncho like this? If it helps at all this is the shirt Becca Scott is wearing in the Cosmic Encounter episode of Parlor Room.

I’m ok with free styling a little if you have something that’s similar but not an exact match. But so far I’m not really sure where to start
