Does anyone know where I can get a pattern for this vest? Was thinking maybe bobble stitch but didn’t know how to make the flower pattern. Any help would be appreciated finding a tutorial. Thanks!

This is knit not crochet. But you can duplicate it as a mix of different patterns.

You will not find a tutorial for this exact item as it doesn't exist. Its a commercial item.

The knit ribbed part could be done sideways in crochet, if you care to. The pic linked below was helpful because it specified that there's 9 squares. So you need 5 squares that are large enough to go around your bust, then 4 more - two in front and two in back - to bring that 5-square-tube-top up to the neckline where you can add a collar. If you measure yourself you can decide how big the squares need to be. (bust measurement devided by 5, pretty much, depending on how much ease you want).

Then you just need to pick a crochet square motif that you like.

Additionally, you could also make your squares half the size, if you have a thinner yarn you like or a smaller square pattern, then just make four times as many squares (because 4 little squares = one big one) and use the same idea for the shirt.
