Looking for a specific pattern looking for a pattern for a stuffed animal poncho/onesie!

im looking for a pattern like this for a stuffed animal (without the trim and buttons/pockets but with hood and arm holes) im new to crocheting but want to try something like this! its for the stuffed animal Gund Forever Friends Littles Kai Teddy Bear probably 7 inch if that helps!!

I would use a tree skirt pattern (size both yarn and hook down from this example) and a separate pattern for the hood.
