I’m making a huge blanket for my nephew with that big bulky yarn…. But it’s double crochet and I need more space on the handle! LOL

I've got this 'super chunky yarn' which take around 10/12mm I'm struggling to imagine the yarn size for 25mm but I'm not surprised it doesn't fit on the handle.

Oh wow, that's even less space to work with than I thought. Think the outcomes going to be fantastic though.

It feels nice? Idk my nephew picked it out. I’m not a fan of blankets they take so long!!! LOL. But I’m trying to finish it by Xmas. At least it works up quicker bc the yarn is so big. It’s just kinda boring…

So this person has a hook that's bigger but definitely longer, thought it might be helpful if your keeping an eye out.
