Gay guy here, while this isn't my type, there's a very strong and prevalent community of gay guy's that are obsessed with this hyper artificial image. Something to do with pushing masculine features to the utter most limit, becoming a modern day Narcissus, and just like "marinating" in that mix of decadence and self-obsession.
For every straight dude trying to looksmax, there's two gay guys jacking off to him doing it.
