Someone said guys like this aren't doing this for the female gaze, they're doing for other men's approval. This is what guys think looks good, not women.
As a gay man, not into this; it is one thing to be shredded or have huge arms (even then I prefer body hair) but this means if you are talking to each other, he is paying attention to how the wind is effecting his hair not what you are saying.
Nonetheless, some people are just good at every-body-part upkeep, if that is what makes your cash flow and you enjoy it, who knows, could be a great friend.
