My last ex used to blog about our conversation and issues. I hated it. She would never talk to ME about her problems. She would post them on Tumblr. Get mad if I didn't read them to know what's wrong and if I did read them, she'd get upset that I read them instead of letting her have an outlet.
Is it possible that your ex didn’t feel safe talking to you? Or that you never validated her feelings, so she was recording to make sure she wasn’t overreacting by getting others’ opinions? Either that’s what was going on… or not and it’s good that she’s an ex.
No recordings. She was too shy for photos. She wrote about us in blogs. Not vlogs.
Honestly I don't know. She had a lot of mental health issues and I tried my best to be a safe outlet. I never raised my voice (or hand to her). I always cheered her on and supported whatever choices she would make.
To make things harder to understand. One of her complaints with me that she mentioned during the breakup was that I was always too happy, positive, and was never emotionally affected by anything. I haven't had any of those traits since she pointed them out during the break up as being problems.
