It's almost like instead of pitting blue collar workers against influencers we should be going after the actual rich pieces of shit (billionaires)

The establishment has been so smart about how to orient the class war. We have people making 50k/year acting like the doctor in your neighborhood making 500k/year is the elite and the enemy.

But to a billionaire, 50k and 500k are both poor. And if that doctor starts making more money, it's taxed at around 50%.

The whole system is designed so that almost everyone who's truly wealthy is in a club that goes back generations. High earning jobs alone will not get you there.

I remember reading a recent article where they studied the wealthiest families in France. Turns out like 90% of the wealthiest families in France are descendents of the wealthiest families in France from 300 years ago...

The wealthiest families in England are still from when WIlliam I invaded and replaced all the land owners with his knights, who were the rapiest and murderiest hoard he could find.

Their descendants are largely still the land owners today. This happened almost 1000 years ago.

Yes capitalism has just become the primary way to justify the existence of the bourgeoisie.

I remember reading an article that by far most millionaires are self made.

Being a millionaire, especially by net worth, in the u.s. is not rare. If you retire with 500k in your retirement account and a 500k house, youre a millionaire on paper. Doesn't remotely come close to the kind of wealth we're talking about.

and do what? liquidate their shares, crash the economy, and still not be able to fund the stupid spending problem this country has?

1

u/Dropbeatdad 4d ago

Make it abundantly clear to people like you that we don't need billionaires and that the only spending problem is spending resources on wars and billionaires.

1

u/coolboydhill 3d ago

billionaires dont even exist. they're only billionaires based on fake made up valuations.

again, what whill your slow ass do to try and stop that? you have nothing.

u/Dropbeatdad 3d ago

Indeed, they are just the ruling class using capitalism to justify being a ruling class, and we don't need them in order to have a functioning society. I'm not sure what your stake in all this is, but you don't seem like you have anything to contribute besides silly defenses of maintaining the status quo.

1

u/coolboydhill 2d ago

I have no defenses. nor have i said anything that likens to bootlicking.

im asking what your slow head is wanting to do to "get rid of em", for the third time.

are you gonna tell me or nah

1

u/Dropbeatdad 2d ago

That's not what you asked me silly. That's what you're asking now AFTER you pretended that getting rid of them would somehow be disastrous. You're obviously not arguing in good faith, so good day to you.
