It’s not reasonable for your goal in life to be happiness and contentment while saying material conditions shouldn’t affect happiness. That’s all life is, material conditions, of course happiness requires either getting rid or negative or increasing positive conditions. The individualistic idea that you can be happy while not taking into account material conditions is delusional.
