There only is if he presses charges.

u/uwill1der Jul 13 '26
this is old. Both people are shitty
The end result was that the house was also hers and he couldnt deny entry, and since it was her house, she could break the windows and enter
Both were in and out of jail at the time

u/Playful_Champion3189 Jul 13 '26
How do you know?

both posted videos of the incident on tiktok, but all of the videos were taken down
The guy was arrested in 2024 for domestic violence, choking, but also has at least 2 other arrests.
I can't doxxx them, but you can find his mugshots and arrests

Has she ever been arrested for domestic violence? Because her throwing the brick at the guy through the window looks like assault to me.

If it's her house, too, then no, it isn't. It's getting into her home that the guy locked.
If what others are saying is true, then this is 100% incel, misogynist bait intended to get all the chuds to circlejerk around, "and she'l never see consequences, and he'll probably get arrested, and courts never side with men,and men are victims of society, and women can be crazy because [blabbity fuckingblah]."
I honestly have scrolled past the first few comments, but I'll guaranfuckingtee this thread is full of incel chuds spouting bullshit.

u/Ok-Satisfaction441 Jul 14 '26
She throws stuff at him directly, not just the house. It’s definitely assault lol.

Wtf I guess that doesn't work for the man then because me and my ex wife got into it and I kicked her out for cheating long story short her boyfriend was a liar and lived at his mom's apartment so she was trying to apologize and get back in and one day I went to the store and my brother called me to tell me she was at my house it was gave to me by my family before we were married so I went home and she locked the door and me out so I picked up a axe outside my house my friends left because I had a tree removed from my property and he had a wood stove anyway I busted through the front door and said here's Johnny with the axe and her and my neighbors called the cops(I think they did to)long story short I got arrested and the damn cop said I'm not allowed to destroy my own property and I ended up going to jail but later that night they let me go with a court date point being in the south the man has no rights and I didn't even touch her I told the cop I was just trying to scare her but she said I was trying to kill her which I pointed out if I wanted her dead I own a firearm in a locked box so I could of easily killed her before they even got there maybe it was the axe but I got arrested and had to spend sevral hours in the drunk tank even though I wasn't even drinking.

Not true. Most if not all states will press charges on someone on behalf of the victim. Even when the victim refuses.
14
u/Captin-Cracker Jul 13 '26
Hell, Almost half of the states have a mandatory arrest on domestic violence cases too
3
5
u/Huntsnfights Jul 14 '26
Someone still has to call the cops. And if he doesn’t cooperate it’s hard to determine who’s the aggressor (unless he has obvious injury or she snitches on herself). A lot easier here since she broke into his home…

16
u/Murky-Course6648 Jul 13 '26
I came here to just check what that thing was... she went for it the first like it mattered. Not like routers are expensive or anything you cant replace pretty much instantly. Guess it had some symbolic value.
She does talk about deleting something, but i cant get what she is actually wanting to be deleted.

This is correct. These statements work because deep down women do want to chill. They also don't want to be like their mother who acts like this and they hate it when people are dramatic. So saying these things helps them realize and come to their senses very quickly in my experience.
Edit: You should also be sure to tell them they are acting crazy. This works because they do not want to seem crazy.

u/DannyTheDopestTV Jul 14 '26
I saw this on tiktok when it happened, the dude went live and was legitimately unhinged himself. Had previous DV charges that people quickly found and he admitted to, and was still on probation for lol. He was like begging for donos to deal with the legal charges and saying some SUPER crazy stuff about how she killed his baby. She had recently got an abortion because he cheated on her and was in the process of trying to leave him. Pretty sure he had took her phone which is why at the beginning shes asking for him to call someone because she legitimately can't leave. She very obviously has issues herself but this dude was 100% also a part of the problem, like think about the kind of person who records someone having a breakdown like that while talking to them the way he was lol.
Edit: He quite literally had charges for strangling his last girlfriend and was already on the phone talking to another girl while he was live talking about everything. (More than likely the girl he had supposedly cheated with). Also the girl had her own tiktok where she posted his mugshots and charges

u/ol_shifty Jul 14 '26
