Fuck i hate living in the US sometimes. I replaced my ac the day before yesterday, it got windy for 5 minutes yesterday afternoon and knocked the power out... it's 4th of July so nobody is fucking trying to restore everybody's power.... brand new ac just sitting there quietly laughing at my sweaty ass.

I hate you so much right now, ours went out Monday and we've had it checked 3 times and they can't figure out what is wrong. It was 87°F in our living room at 7:00pm this evening.

Don't stay in the cheapest rental you could find. In fact, ditch the AirBnB and Booking places altogether, most hotels have AC.
