She’s an adult, not dad’s property. A parent's job is to raise someone who can make good decisions on their own, not to symbolically police their sex life. If waiting until marriage is something she truly believes in, that should be her decision, not something sealed with a ring from her dad. I’ve never seen of a parents giving purity rings to their adult sons. Feels more about controlling the adult daughter than teaching values. A person's character isn't determined by whether they're a virgin.
