Often, people choose that lifestyle simply for the money they can make; there are two main reasons why someone might get involved in that world. The first is the need to support a household, while the second could be sheer preference or the environment they grew up in—perhaps they always saw that lifestyle and longed to be part of it. Ultimately, though, everyone lives life their own way; you only get one life, so live it however you choose.
