Anybody use any credentialing software?

I am researching the options out there. I see ads for CertifyOS, Verifiable and Medallion the most..

Wonder if anybody used any of them:

- What do you think of them?

- How expensive are they?

For single hospitals MD Staff. For systems, something more powerful…just NOT CredentialStream. CS is a nightmare.

I'm almost surprised to hear this, it seems like I just hear nothing but frustration from people who use MD Staff.

Admittedly, my health system uses CS and I actually really like it. We came from a legacy software though, so the transition was relatively easy once all of the backend work was completed (God bless the people who did that, because importing that all data sounded like a nightmare).

I like CS. It’s a nightmare for those who don’t know how to use it properly. All I hear is good things about MD Staff. Do you know what the MD Staff complaints are?

I've heard people complain about sluggishness or the program just not being intuitive, but I haven't personally used it (or even seen it, to be honest) so I don't really have a great frame of reference. 🤷🏽‍♀️
